How Does Personal Trainer Training Work ?

At the moment we are offering a "try before you buy" pass which allows you to have 5 appointments at very low cost. After this initial try out there is a choice of 10 or 30 appointment passes and you can train as many times a week as you like. Alternatively, you can choose the lower cost monthly payment option that enables you to have 2 appointments per week or unlimited appointments depending on which option you choose (see personal trainer pass options). The only constraint on this offer is that you commit to 6 months or more. Personal trainer appointments can be booked between the hours of 10.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday *. Each appointment lasts between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your needs. In your first two appointments you have the opportunity to discuss more about yourself and I use a unique questionnaire to cover aspects such as what you would like to achieve and why, current injuries and leisure activities, and your exercise preferences. With the foundation for change established the fun begins with your first exercises in the third appointment with your very own personal trainer ! As you become fitter, stronger and leaner your exercise program is adapted to make sure that you reach your fitness goals as fast as possible without injuring yourself. Optional progress measurements (e.g. waist size, fat percentage, before/after photographs) are taken after every 10 appointments, monthly or as required. In addition to your personal trainer appointments, lifestyle advice (e.g. diet, food shopping advice and 'at home' exercises) and a shoulder to lean on is provided as and when you need it ! All you need to do is arrive at your appointed time in suitable clothing (e.g. a tracksuit, cross trainers) with a small towel and water bottle and enjoy yourself ! Training near my home in Gandia provides a great environment to concentrate on your training and provides you with access to the full range of exercise equipment (weather permitting). Training at your home or another location (e.g. the beach) is also possible. Otherwise I will need to charge the appointment as normal. The same applies to being more than 15 minutes late for an appointment if I cannot start your appointment because of other appointments.
