Who are we?

My name is Tamsin, I am a a Certified Herbalist, Beautician and Natural Healer. I also have a large number of other alternative medicine qualifications but most importantly many years experience of enabling people to heal themselves. People just like you!

My name is Mark, I’m a certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years of fitness training experience and various qualifications including a PhD in injury biomechanics. More importantly, I have helped many people to transform their lives and have first hand experience of my own amazing life transformation as well!

Mark’s testimony

In my previous career as a project manager in an American multinational I lived and worked in England, Germany and Sweden. My job was challenging, interesting and well paid.

However, fitness at home is my first passion and after 20 years, the nature of my job and lifestyle started to take its toll. For the first time in my life (and despite training harder than ever), I started to put on weight and lost my energy, drive and focus. I suffered from severe migraines at the slightest rise in stress, found it difficult to think clearly, had low energy levels and always felt tired.

Everything came to a head when we were offered paid voluntary redundancy (sometimes fate provides signposts !) and I decided to take a career break. It had always been my long term dream to live in Spain and so I left Germany to build a new home here. In the first few years I spent all my time researching and applying different lifetime wellness methods. At the same time I also began to develop and test alternative fitness at home methods to gym based machines.

Within a relatively short period of time, I experienced some big changes. A series of detox sessions blew away the brain fog. Healthy diet foods repaired years of damage and provided boundless energy. I lost so much weight that my wardrobe should have had a turnstile instead of doors! My body became more toned, flexible, in balance and stronger than it had ever been (and remember that I was trying to become more healthy not lose weight!).

I have never looked back and I find it frightening to imagine where I would be now if I had not listened to the warning signs, followed my dreams and transformed my life. As a middle aged professional I not only turned the clock back but I have never felt or looked so great.
