In the meantime here is the full body kettlebell workout routine for fat loss and general fitness that I use (as of January 2011).
It is not aimed at beginners but you could cut down on the number of reps and weight to create a beginners workout too (i.e. there are no complicated exercises).
Please note that I made this video on a day when I was not in great shape for training (it’s a long story).
This is why some of my exercise form leaves a little to be desired but I have added notes to highlight where you should concentrate on perfecting your exercise form!
